Services
Services described on the Services and Store pages (finance & treasury, HR & payroll, WordPress & IT, graphic design & content, digital marketing, AI & virtual assistance) are provided on a freelance, project or retainer basis as agreed individually with each client before work begins. Specific scope, timeline, deliverables and price are confirmed with you directly, typically after you reach out through the contact form or Fiverr.
Payments
Prices shown on the Store page are in US dollars and are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via PayPal or another method agreed with you directly. Unless stated otherwise for a specific product or project, payment is due before work begins or delivery is made.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and progress of the work and is agreed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with a delivered service, please get in touch so we can try to resolve it.
Intellectual Property
Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and the site design — belongs to Md. Millad Hossan unless otherwise credited. Deliverables from a paid project are licensed or transferred to the client as agreed for that project; source files, templates and prior work remain my property unless otherwise agreed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting the contact form for spam, or attempting unauthorized access to its systems.
Limitation of Liability
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the services described on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
